SYNOPSIS (Set-Aside) W911N2-25-R-0026 Letterkenny Munitions Center intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price service contract to perform rail car movement and routine switching services. These services will... SYNOPSIS (Set-Aside) W911N2-25-R-0026 Letterkenny Munitions Center intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price service contract to perform rail car movement and routine switching services. These services will allow movement of the railroad cars from outside Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) to inside Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC). A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4) options years. The procurement will be 100% Small Business Set- Aside. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 488210 - Support Activities for Rail Transportation, the size standard is $34M and the product code/service code V113 is Transportation Travel Relocation - Transportation Rail Freight. This requirement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N2-25-R-0026 will be released on or about 03 June 2025, with a closing date on or about 01 July 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
