SYNOPSIS (Unrestricted) W911N2-25-R-0011 Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC) intends to issue a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price plus labor hours and time-and-materials service contract to perform on-site preventative maintenance and all repairs to heavy mobile equipment, such as Caterpillar (CAT), Terex, Hyster, etc. (see attached Equipment list) at LEMC. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and two (2) options years. The procurement will be unrestricted. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 - Commercial & Industrial Machinery & Equipment Repair & Maintenance, the size standard is $12,500,000.00 and the product code/service code is J038 – Maintenance, Repair and Rebuild of Equipment – Construction, Mining, Excavating, Highway Maintenance Equipment. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Munitions Center. This requirement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N2-25-R-011 will be released on or about 13 January 2025, with a closing date on or about 27 January 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 13 January 2025.
