SYNOPSIS (Set-Aside) W911N2-25-R-0005 Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price plus labor hours and time-and-materials service contract to perform on-site emergency repairs, non-emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance services for industrial machines located at Letterkenny Army Depot. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and two (2) options years. The procurement will be a total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 - Commercial & Industrial Machinery & Equipment Repair & Maintenance, the size standard is $12,500,000.00 and the product code/service code is J039 – Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Materials Handling Equipment. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. This requirement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N2-25-R-0005 will be released on or about 06 January 2025, with a closing date on or about 28 January 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
