Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price supply contract to provide one (1) each Tinius Olsen Model IT406, Motorized Pendulum Charpy Impact Tester with Digital Display, Enclosure, 110VAC (a trade-in of original old machine but leaving the current platform, and a newer upgraded impact tester being installed on that platform). A Brand Name Justification and Approval (J&A) will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% set aside for small business. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,000 employees, and the product code is 6635 Physical Properties Testing and Inspection. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N225QA010 will be released on or about 11 July 2025 with a closing date on or about 01 August 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
