Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements supply contract for the remanufacture of High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) Engine, Transmission, Transfer Case and Differential Assemblies (“powerpacks”) at Letterkenny Army Depot. A statement of work will be provided with the solicitation. The ordering period of this contract will include one (1) base year and four (4) ordering periods. The procurement will be a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 336350 – Motor Vehicle Transmission and Power Train Parts Manufacturing, the Product Service Code (PSC) is 2520 – Vehicular Power Transmission Components, and the size standard is 1,500 employees. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-23-R-0012 will be released on or about 13 September 2023, with a closing date on or about 27 September 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
