Synopsis (Set-Aside) W911N2-23-R-0010 Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Materials Requirements service contract for the maintenance and support services of the LENEL OnGuard Systems at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD). A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and two (2) option years. The procurement will be a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 – Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), the Product Service Code (PSC) is J063 – Maintenance, Repair, Rebuild Equipment, and the size standard is $25,000,000.00. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-23-R-0010 will be released on or about 06 February 2023, with a closing date on or about 27 February 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Sources Sought The Army Contracting Command – Letterkenny Contracting Office (CCAM-MLK) is issuing this Sources Sought/Request for Information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources necessary for the maintenance and support services of the Lenel OnGuard System at Letterkenny Army Depot. This includes but is not limited to providing labor, material, parts, tools, services and equipment to perform annual preventative maintenance, remedial and emergency services and repair work for various Lenel OnGuard system components. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561621 – Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Contractor should not provide any pricing information. The sole purpose of this request is to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources.
