This requirement is a new requirements contract for the acquisition of services for Spray Foam Insulation for Containerized Kitchens in support of the Force Provider Program at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided by the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). The vendor will be required to come to LEAD to perform those services specified in the PWS. The anticipated Period of Performance is a 12- month Base Period and Two (2) one (1) year options. Estimate Quantities: Base Year, 36 assets total for the Base Year (3 per month), Option Year One: 36 assets total for Option Year One (3 per month), Option Year Two: 36 assets total for Option Year Two (3 per month). Total estimated quantity for the base year plus two (2) option years is 108.
