Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm fixed price supply contract to replace four (4) aisles of floor rail consisting of: three (3) each 208-foot floor rails, one (1) each 95-foot floor rails... Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm fixed price supply contract to replace four (4) aisles of floor rail consisting of: three (3) each 208-foot floor rails, one (1) each 95-foot floor rails, four (4) each rail wheel replacements, 200 each rail grout replacement, and 133 each anchor bolt replacements. A Purchase Description will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 336510 – Railroad Rolling Stock Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,500 employees, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 2250 – Transportation Equipment. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-23-Q-0003 will be released on or about 06 January 2023, with a closing date on or about 27 January 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
