SYNOPSIS W911N2-22-R-0018 Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Requirements contract for Grounds Maintenance Services, (Mowing and Vegetation removal, only) at the Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC). A Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) options each twelve (12) months in length. The procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730, Landscaping Services. The small business size standards is 8 million dollars and the product code/service code is S208. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination services to Letterkenny Army Depot, LEMC. Solicitation number W911N2-22-R-0018 will be released on or about 21 March 2022, with a closing date on or about 11 April 2022. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
