Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements supply contract for the procurement of Flexco Microwave Inc.’s brand name cables and reels part numbers 13553604-1, 13553604-2, 13553604-3, 13553604-4, and 13553604-5. Drawing 13553604 will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and four (4) option years. The procurement will be a Total 100% Small Business Set Aside. The 2019 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing, the size standard is 750 employees and the product code is 6150 - Misc Electric Power and Distribution Equipment. Resulting order will be Freight On Board (FOB) Destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-22-R-0003 will be released on or about 01 NOV 2021, with a closing date on or about 19 NOV 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
