Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed-price supply contract for the purchase of two (2) each Particle Counters and two (2) each unit monitor printers to replace three (3) existing units due to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards change and obsolescence, in support of the Test Equipment Maintenance and Production Branch of the Aviation Ground Power Unit (AGPU) Hydraulic Pump Program. The program requires the printed results of an oil sample taken from each pump tested for delivery. A Purchase Description will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,000 employees, and the product code is 6640 – Test and Measure Supplies. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N222Q0055 will be released on or about 15 September 2022 with a closing date on or about 6 October 2022. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
