Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Priced/T&M Service contract for preventative maintenance, calibrations, and repairs to the Environmental Test Chamber at Letterkenny Army Depot. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and 2 options years. The procurement will be 100% Small business set-aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $20,500,000.00 and the service code is J066. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-19-Q-0017 will be released on or about January 28, 2019, with a closing date on or about February 18, 2019. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
