Posting of Amendment #1 Questions & Answers The purpose of this Amendment is to respond to Questions and Answers and add FAR clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. See Summary of Changes. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Posting of RFP W911N2-24-R-0023 Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Requirements Contract, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), for RAILROAD MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR Services for LEMC’s Rail line maintenance. A Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) options each twelve (12) months in length. The procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 488210, Support Activities for Rail Transportation, the size standard is $34,000,000.00 and the product code/service code (PSC) is Z1LB. This will be Freight On board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-24-R-0023 will be released on or about 30 April 2024, with a closing date on or about 14 May 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
