The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform emergency repairs, non-emergency repairs, calibrations, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) services for all depot blast and paint equipment as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
