This is a pre-solicitation notice for Fiber Optic Equipment and Training. This is NOT a request for quote or proposal at this time. A solicitation will be posted on or about 6 Nov 2023 - please continue to monitor SAM.gov for the formal solicitation. Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm fixed supply contract to procure Fiber Optic Equipment and Training. A Purchase Description will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be full and open competition. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334417, the size standard is 1000 employees and the product code is 6080. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-24-R-0003 will be released on or about 3 November 2023, with a closing date on or about 24 November 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://sam.gov/content/home on or about 6 November 2023. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award.
