This is NOT a request for quote. This is a pre-solicitation notice. Deutz Engine Parts Synopsis W911N2-24-Q-0022 Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price supply contract for the Brand Name procurement of various Deutz Engine Parts. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% small business set-aside for Deutz authorized distributors. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 333618 – Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,500 employees, and the federal supply code is 2815 – Engines and Turbines and Components. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.501 (a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. Solicitation number W911N2-24-Q-0022 will be released on or about 26 January 2024, with a closing date on or about 9 February 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://sam.gov/content/home on or about 26 January 2024. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award.
