Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price, requirements, service contract to procure the chemical analysis of nitrogen gas cylinders to support the repair of Generic Aviation Nitrogen Generators (GANG). A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one twelve (12) month base year period and four twelvemonth option years. The procurement will be a 100% set-aside for small business. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services. The size standard is $19 million. The product service code is H268 Equipment and Materials Testing – Chemicals and Chemical Products. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-24-Q-0019 will be released on or about 26 January 2024, with a closing date on or about 09 February 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
