Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price supply contract to procure and install one (1) each Monorail Crane System, to include replacement of the monorail beam, support columns, trolley stops, and airlines. A Purchase Description will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% set aside for small business. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 333923 – Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist and Monorail System Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,250 employees, and the product code is 3810 – Crane and Crane-Shovels. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-23-Q-0007 will be released on or about 16 November 2022 with a closing date on or about 07 December 2022. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 16 November 2022.
