Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price supply contract to procure and install one (1) tap/drill Disintegrator which is capable of disintegrating fasteners, taps, and drills of diameters of #2 to 1-1/4” of at least 1” deep. A Purchase Description will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% set aside for small business. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 333992 – Welding and Soldering Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,250 employees, and the Federal Suppy Code is 3431 – Electric Arc Welding Equipment. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-23-Q-0045 will be released on or about 14 August 2023 with a closing date on or about 05 SEPT. 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
