Solicitation W911N2-22-R-0005 is issued as a hybrid Time and Materials and Requirements Request for Proposal (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 15 for repair and maintenance of compressor systems located at Letterkenny Army Depot, PA. All work will be performed on Letterkenny Army Depot. Requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Estimated start date is 15 March 2022. Period of Performance is 15 March 2022 – 14 March 2023 (base year) and two 12-month option years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 811310. Small Business size standard is $8,000,000. All contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract. Your SAM record must indicate your firm is eligible for All Awards. At this time we do not anticipate having a site visit, due to the COVID restrictions for access to the Depot.
