NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, Firm Fixed Priced supply contract for SP/ST Line Coupler, part number 11442257-2, Model # 26188, to L-3 Communications Corporation, 435 Moreland Road, HAUPPAUGE, NY, 11788-3926, CAGE code 99899. The Government possesses the drawing and will post it with the solicitation. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis. Solicitation number W911N2-22-Q-0020 will be released on or about 24 February 2022, with a closing date on or about 10 March 2022. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://sam.gov on or about 24 February 2022. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://sam.gov.
