This purchase description is for a turnkey operation that shall include demo of the VOC Abatement System, relocation of the building gas line, and modification of the existing connected ventilation systems for booth 58, 59, 60, and 61 to stand-alone ventilation systems for each booth. Booth ventilation systems shall include Ductwork Supply and exhaust stacks Booth interlocks for painting process Control panels for booths Sprinklers for ductwork No loss stacks for exhaust stacks Emergency stops Paint booth controls for booth ventilation, sprinklers and alarm system The project shall be located in building 350. Booths shall be able to function as stand-alone systems in terms of ventilation, spray painting, fire suppression, and alarms. The components shall comply with all specifications, standards, and requirements listed in this document. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials for installation of a complete and usable system. All systems and work included in this document shall yield a turnkey system including demo, gas line relocation, and four operational ventilation systems fully tied to all necessary emergency alarms and alarm systems. Roof, building and concrete repairs shall be included following demo where needed.

The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334512 - AUTOMATIC ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL MANUFACTURING FOR RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND APPLIANCE USE, the size standard is 500 Employees and the product code is Z2NC – REPAIR OR ALTERATION OF POLLUTION ABATEMENT AND CONTROL FACILITIES. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-21-R-0027 will be released on or about 4 May 2021, with a closing date on or about 31 May 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
