NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source service contract for Janitorial Services to the Ability One contractor Goodwill Services, 1150 Goodwill Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17101-2400, (CAGE Code 7T935). This contract will be a base year (12 Months) and four option years (12 Months) firm-fixed priced requirements contract. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 56170, the size standard is 19.5 Million and the service code is S201. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is authorized or Required by Statue, FAR 8.002(a)(2), Purchase Priorities for use of Mandatory Sources, FAR 8.603 (b)(1), Purchase Priorities FAR 8.704 (a)(2)(I) and FAR 19.502.1 (b) Requirements for Setting Aside Acquisitions”. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Solicitation number W911N2-21-R-0026 will be released on or about 22 April 2021, with a closing date on or about 25 May 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency.
