Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed requirements service contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform impregnation of cast parts for Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD). A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four options years. The procurement will be 100% set aside for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 332812 – Metal Casting, Engraving (Except Jewelry and Silverware) and Allied Services for Manufacturers, the size standard is 500 Employees and service code is J014. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-21-R-0025 will be released on or about 15 April 2021, with a closing date on or about 16 May 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
