Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a requirements service contract to provide Dust Hazard Analyses (DHAs) for 48 sites at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) that generate dust as a result of their production process. DHAs shall include two tests at each location to determine explosibility of dust, as well as a detailed analysis of the process, the personnel, the PPE, cleanliness, etc. Each DHA shall include a summary of findings and recommendations to safety. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4) option years. The procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541620 Environmental Consulting Services, the size standard is $16.5M, and the service code is F107. Solicitation number W911N2-21-R-0021 will be released on or about 17 March 2021, with a closing date on or about 21 April 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
