NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, requirements type supply contract for motors, part numbers: 10-20-134 and 10-20-163 to ARC Systems Inc., 2090 JOSHUAS PATH HAUPPAUGE, NY, 11788-4764,CAGE code 67245. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4) options years. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer ARC Systems, Inc.. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis. Solicitation number W911N2-21-Q-0044 will be released on or about 11 August 2021, with a closing date on or about 25 August 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov on or about 11 August 2021. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
