Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price, (FFP) contract for a fiber laser label printing system consisting of one (1) 20 Watt diode pumped Yb: fiber laser label printer; tape feed system with integrated cutter; software; one (1) fume extractor and accessories; one (1) roll of tesa 6973 PV6 black matte label material; and one (1) laser label rewinder. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 333249 - Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, the size standard is 1000 employees and the product service code is 3610. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-21-Q-0038 will be released on or about 30 June 2021, with a closing date on or about 14 July 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
