SYNOPSIS Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm fixed priced service requirements type contract to accomplish National Maintenance Work Requirement (NMWR) 9-6115-669-3, dated 1 Dec 2002, rotor and stator resistance and winding insulation testing of the Electric Power Plant (EPP) III Generator and re-insulate the rotor and stator components. A Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) options each twelve (12) months in length. The procurement will be 100% Small Business Set Aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $8M and the product code/service code is J061. Solicitation number W911N2-21-Q-0024 will be released on or about 2 July 2021, with a closing date on or about 23 July 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
