Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) requirements contract for the maintenance and repair of over 300 cranes and 1000 slings. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and two (2) option years. The procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment; the size standard is $20.5 million; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is J039 - Maintenance and Repair of Material Handling Equipment. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-20-R-0031 will be released on or about 27 August 2020, with a closing date on or about 17 September 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
