The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform lightning protection service and repair as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and according to the most current version of DA PAM 385-64 and all applicable publications. The tasks and actions described in this PWS will be performed on site in an ammunition-based organization that has greater than normal hazardous conditions within the working environment.
