The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform emergency repairs, non-emergency repairs, calibrations, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) services for blast equipment; emergency and non-emergency repairs for paint equipment as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
