The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform emergency repairs, non-emergency repairs, calibrations, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) services for blast equipment; emergency and non-emergency repairs for paint equipment as defined in this PWS, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a Time and Materials with fixed price CLIN’s requirements contract for the preventive maintenance and unscheduled maintenance for multiple types of Blast Booth’s with one base year and two (2) option years. A performance work statement (PWS) will be posted with the solicitation. This procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS 811310- Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment the size standard is $20.5 Million and the service code is J036 - MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- SPECIAL INDUSTRY MACHINERY. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-20-R-0028 will be released on or about (O/A) 14 October 2020, with a closing date O/A 11 November 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
