SOLICITATION- The solicitaion covers the DIT-MCO, or Drive-In Theatre Manufacturing Company, test console which supports a variety of production programs at Letterkenny Army Depot to include weapon systems recapitalization and vehicle overhaul operations in Buildings 370 and 51. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and non-personal services necessary to repair and return of DIT-MCO parts, upgrade of unsupportable (out of-date) components, providing technical support to Letterkenny personnel, as well as conducting on-site installation and/or support services when requested. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) covers the DIT-MCO, or Drive-In Theatre Manufacturing Company, test console which supports a variety of production programs at Letterkenny Army Depot to include weapon systems recapitalization and vehicle overhaul operations in Buildings 370 and 51. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a Time and Materials with fixed price CLIN’s requirements contract for the preventive maintenance and unscheduled maintenance for DIT-MCO test consoles with one base year and two (2) option years. A performance work statement (PWS) will be posted with the solicitation. This procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code: 811219- Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance the size standard is $20.5 Million and the service code is J066. The freight on board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-20-R-0022 will be released on or about (O/A) 20 JULY 2020, with a closing date O/A 20 AUGUST 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
