Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, quality control and other items, necessary to provide AS 9100/9110 Gap Analysis and Certification Consulting Services required in support of LEMC mission programs. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) (draft PWS is attached). A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will be 2020. The procurement is currently a 100%, Small Business Set Aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611, the size standard is $16,500,000.00 and the service code is B506; the NAICS description is Data Analyses - Other than Scientific. This will be Freight On Board, (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, LEMC. Solicitation number W911N2-20-R-0018 will be released on or about 06 APR 2020, with a closing date on or about 20 APR 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
