All other te... Posting of Amendment #1-The Purpose of this Amendment is to schedule a Site Visit for 05 FEB 20; 10:000 A.M. Eastern Standard Time and extend the response date for proposals to 12 FEB 20. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Issuance of RFP W911N2-20-R-0012 and notification of Amendment #1 which will extend the response date and schedules a Site Visit, still pending. Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials contract for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services for Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC) LEMC's INDUSTRIAC S9X3000 X-Ray machine, and the INDUSTRIAC 3MVX002400 X-Ray Machine located at Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items, necessary to support both mission programs, if required. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) (draft PWS is attached). A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will be a base year and up to two option years starting in February 2020. The procurement is currently a 100%, Small Business Set Aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, the size standard is 22 Million and the FSC code is JO66; the NAICS description is Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This will be Freight On Board, (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, LEMC. Solicitation number W911N2-20-R-0012 will be released on or about 31 DEC 2019, with a closing date on or about 23 JAN 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
