Solicitation W911N2-20-R-0003 will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Request for Proposal (FRP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 for a Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide minor military construction and other Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects at Letterkenny Army Depot, PA. Requirement will be a Competitive 8(a), FFP, Requirements, Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). Contract will have five one-year ordering periods. Estimated start date is August 2020. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 236220. Small Business size standard is $36,500,000. The RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about 2 Dec 19. All contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract.
