This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to provide one (1) EA new 6 Channel Pressure Decay Leak Test System. The system is integrated into a mobile cart assembly complete with casters and a provision to place and secure one standard nitrogen cylinder; The back of the cart is fitted with panel doors and the sides with panel sets; The Measuring system complete with valves, transducers etc. to have 6 Independent test channels; The Control system using the new software installed on a basic desktop PC running Windows 10 Professional with the following features: Flexible PC control, Easy programming, Capacity for setting up of various types of test objects, Easy configuration of the test cycle, Combines various test/measurement methods, Recording of test results Statistical analysis, Export to Excel and a Printer. A Handheld manometer for calibration of the transducers with 0 to 30 psi gage pressure range and ±0.05% FS accuracy. The manometer can be calibrated on an annual basis. The system will incorporate the following features: 2 manual regulators to control the test pressures. Simple manual calibration of the transducers using a digital manometer The Test IT software allows for different operator selectable test programs. The system has a test sequence to verify that the regulators and pressure transducers are within the defined tolerance. If a sensor is out of tolerance the system will give an error message. Test data can be printed, but is also stored in a data base on the PC. MANUALS: Two sets of operator instruction manuals, maintenance service manuals, and parts listing manuals shall be provided for the unit. These manuals shall be written in the English language. Two sets of electrical schematics shall also be provided. ELECTRICAL QUIPMENT: Electrical equipment and devices must meet OSHA requirements for grounding, rating, and listing by a recognized testing laboratory (such as UL), and for conformity to the applicable provisions of the latest edition (at the time of contract award date) of NEMA ICS 6, and C12.1 and the National Electrical Code. 4. WARRANTY: A minimum standard one year commercial warranty shall be furnished with the unit. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will determine whether to solicit on a sole source basis, whether to set-aside the acquisition or compete on a full and open basis. All contractors interested in supplying this service may indicate their interest in this potential acquisition by supplying responses that should include: (1) Identification of company size status, certifications, i.e. 8(a), HUB Zone, SDVOSB, small business (2) Proof of experience and capability to manufacture and supply the parts listed in the attachment. (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333249 Other Industrial Machine Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500.
