Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price requirements contract to provide sprinkler head testing kits to Letterkenny Army Depot, to perform sprinkler head testing off-site, and to provide certified testing results, in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 25 standards. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one base year and four (4) option years. The procurement will be set-aside for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 Testing Laboratories, the size standard is $16.5M, and the product service code is H212. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N220Q0058 will be released on or about 10 September 2020, with a closing date on or about 12 October 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
