Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed priced service requirements type contract for AS9100, AS9110, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Certification Services. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) options each twelve (12) months in length. The procurement will be a full and open competition. The 2019 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, and the product code is R704. Resulting contract will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-20-Q-0057 will be released on or about 30 September 2020, with a closing date on or about 19 October 2020. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://beta.sam.gov/ on or about 30 September 2020. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to perform Certification Services for AS9100/9110 Certification in support of Letterkenny Army Depot. Consulting Services are in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor must have experience as a certifier for AS9100, AS9110, ISO 14001 and ISO 4500.
