Pre-Solicitation Notice for Harris Land Mobile Radio Maintenance and Repair The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract, with a base year and two option years, for the preventive maintenance and repair of a Harris Land Mobile Radios at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg PA 17201. Solicitation Number W911N2-20-Q-0023 will be released O/A 29 April 2020. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of this solicitation can be downloaded from beta.sam.gov. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811213, the size standard is $12 million, and the PSC is D318. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. You are advised that providing responses to this RFI will not automatically include you in the acquisition process for future solicitation. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to perform repairs, software/firmware updates, replacement, and installation of Harris Land Mobile Radios in support of Letterkenny Army Depot. Services to the Harris Land Mobile Radios are in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor must be an authorized Harris Service Center. For the purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213 – Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $12M.
