NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, Hybrid Time and Materials and Firm-Fixed Price service contract for labor support including Maintenance; Manufacturing; Recapitalization, Reset and Modernization; Technical Support; Weapon Systems Maintenance, Logistical Services in support of Production Management; Staffing Services in Support of Logistics Modernization Program (LMP); Information Technology (IT) Support, and Production Management at Letterkenny Army Depot to Bowhead Integrated Support Services, LLC, 6564 Loisdale Court, Suite 900, Springfield, Virginia, 22150-1822, CAGE code: 79JS8. The period of performance of this contract will include one twelve (12) month base year period. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 - Facilities Support Services, the size standard is $38.5M and the service code is M1EC. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-2(a)(2) - Unusual and Compelling Urgency. Solicitation number W911N2-19-R-0028 will be released on or about 26 August 2019, with a closing date on or about 4 September 2019. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
