Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Priced supply contract to procure one (1) Electro-Hydraulic Super Automatic Tire Changer. A Purchase Description will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 326211 - Tire Manufacturing (except Retreading), the size standard is 1,500 employees, and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 2640 - tire rebuilding and tire and tube repair materials. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-19-Q-0073 will be released on or about October 11, 2019, with a closing date on or about October 23, 2019. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
