A Performance Work Statement and drawings will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will be one 12 month base year. The procurement will be unrestricted. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-19-Q-0066 will be released on or about September 17, 2019, with a closing date on or about October 24, 2019. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
