A purchase description will be provided with the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be 100% small business set-aside. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 333318-Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, the size standard is 1000 and the product code is 4610. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. Solicitation number W911N2-19-Q-0051 will be released on or about 31 July 2019, with a closing date on or about 28 August 2019. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
