LETTERKENNY ARMY DEPOT Tracking # W911N2-19-Q-0050 Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. You are advised that providing responses to this RFI will not automatically include you in the acquisition process for future solicitation. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to perform Maintenance and Support of the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) in support of Letterkenny Army Depot. Services include maintenance and requested repairs to the ICIDS system in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 – Security System Services (except Locksmiths). The small business size standard is $20.5M. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Ryan Poe, ryan.t.poe.civ@mail.mil, by 28 June 2019, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. In addition, the following information is requested: (1) Company CAGE Code, DUNS number, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a)), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts. (4) GSA contract number if applicable. (5) Any comments, suggestions on how to make the PWS conform to commercial practices. In addition, past performance information and capability statement shall be submitted. Past performance information shall include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Offeror shall furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three years, for like or similar services, held with Department of Defense, other government agencies or private industry.
