NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD BRAND NAME: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to award a Brand Name, Firm-Fixed Price requirements contract to procure fitness equipment. The specific brand, equipment type, and estimated quauntities will be specified in the solicitation once posted. A brand name Justification and Approval will be posted with the solicitation. No other brand name will be considered by the Government for this procurement. The period of performance of this contract will include one twelve month base year and two twelve month option periods. This procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 339920 -- Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing, the size standard is 750 and the product code/service code Athletic and Sports Equipment is 7810. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-19-Q-0049 will be released on or about 23 July 2019, with a closing date on or about 6 AUGUST 2019. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
