The requirement is for two new Lever Arm Tester Systems to be acquired and installed at Anniston Army Depot in Anniston, AL. The systems must apply tensile and compressive loads up to 12,000 pounds for materials testing. The contractor is responsible for providing, delivering, installing, and training personnel on the complete system.
