After-market parts are allowed, provided they match the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. All parts must be new, unused, and in perfect condition. The parts listed on the attached statement of work are required to meet the specified criteria for each corresponding piece of equipment listed. All questions concerning this solicitation and attachments must be submitted in writing via email to the contract specialist by 6 August 2025 at 10 am CDT. Any questions submitted after the deadline may not be answered.
