It is not an RFP. The Anniston Army Depot intends to solicit a contract for the purchase, delivery, and training of 2 each 9 ton carry deck cranes to 7 Frankford Avenue, Anniston, AL. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to design, manufacture, deliver, transport, install, demonstrate the functional operation of and provide operator and maintenance training for the equipment. This procurement will be 100% set aside for small business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333923, and the associated size standard is 1,250 employees. A solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102(a). The estimated issue date is 13 May 2025. Proposals must be submitted electronically as stated in the solicitation. Vendors may download an electronic copy of the solicitation on or after the issue date at https://www.sam.gov. Hard copies will not be provided. Because the solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder?s mailing list. It is incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access https://www.sam.gov to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to respond in accordance with the amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render an offeror?s proposal non-responsive and may result in rejection of the proposal.
