Vapor Degreasing Solvent This requirement is for a base and four one-year options for the purchase of Vapor Degreasing Solvent material to be used at Anniston Army Depot, 7 Frankford Avenue, Anniston, AL 36201. Delivery orders will be issued against this contract. This material uses the industry standard three step method for vapor degreasing in a Barron Blakeslee machine with a boil sump, cold ultrasonic sump and vapor phase cleaning section. Material must be provided in 55 gallon drums with an estimate of 50 drums per year. This will be 100% set aside for small businesses. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325180, and the associated size standard is 1,000 employees. A solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102(a). The estimated issue date is 27Vapor July 2021. Proposals must be submitted electronically as stated in the solicitation. Vendors may download an electronic copy of the solicitation on or after the issue date at https://sam.gov. Hard copies will not be provided. Because the solicitation and any amendments will be issued electronically, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder’s mailing list. It is incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access https://sam.gov to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to respond in accordance with the amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render an offeror’s proposal non-responsive and may result in rejection of the proposal.
