Exact specifications and requirements will be explained in the solicitation. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. North American Industry Classification System Code is 337214; size standard is 750. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, and 5.102(a); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation.
